The victim, unaware of the suspect's intentions, allowed him into the rented house. Once the suspect was certain there were no other residents nearby, he swiftly entered the premises and stole valuable items. During an important visit, George revealed that the first theft involved stealing a mobile phone, which was later sold to settle debts. "The suspect sold the laptop for Rp2 million, using the proceeds to pay off personal debts," George explained.
